What Does a Day in Your Role Look Like?

You start the day with a cup of coffee and a quick check-in with the team. After that, candidates from different parts of the world await you in your calendar. One minute you are reviewing an application from a spa therapist in Bali, the next you are talking to a receptionist in Italy or conducting an interview with a massage therapist from Canada. Your task? To understand the person behind the CV and help the team find individuals who have the right skills and will thrive in the culture.

Your responsibilities will include, among other things:

• Reviewing and selecting incoming applications.
• Initiating contact with candidates from various parts of the world.
• Conducting initial interviews.
• Evaluating motivation, personality, and service orientation.
• Ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
• Working within the company's recruitment system and managing candidate flows.
• Contributing to building a strong candidate pool for future recruitment.

You will receive a thorough introduction and will work closely with an experienced colleague who will teach you the business from the ground up.

About the Employment

This is a consultancy assignment with employment at OIO, featuring a fixed monthly salary and good benefits.
