You will step into a central analysis role within Customer and Brand, focusing on a loyalty program where data is used to understand behaviors, evaluate business choices, and create foundations for future development. Here, you will work closely with operational questions and transform large amounts of data into actionable insights.

• You analyze large datasets related to the loyalty program and identify patterns, correlations, and business-driving insights.
• You develop models and scenarios that highlight different business choices and their potential outcomes.
• You develop calculation methods and analytical approaches based on current questions.
• You present insights, conclusions, and recommendations in a clear and pedagogical manner.
• You support the organization with decision support for data-driven decisions related to the program.

• Extensive experience with SQL and the ability to work independently.
• Extensive experience with Excel and the ability to work independently.
• Good knowledge of visualizing large datasets.
• Experience working in PowerPoint, building a clear story, and summarizing insights.
• Good ability to present to groups and communicate clearly.
• Ability to independently choose approach and method for calculations, analyses, and modeling.
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
