135. Security Squadron operates within the military security service, with a primary focus on collecting security intelligence aimed at indicating and identifying suspected security threats to the Swedish Armed Forces' protected values.
We are currently looking for a civilian Unit Administrator for 135. Security Squadron.
Main Responsibilities
- Administer personnel
- Support the squadron staff with administrative tasks
- Prepare meetings and take minutes.
The role of Unit Administrator is new to us, offering you significant scope to participate in developing and refining the unit's administrative working methods.

Requirements
- Category B driver's license
- Swedish citizenship
- No fur allergy, or mild allergy manageable with medication
- Good physical health
- Good knowledge of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Ability to express yourself well in writing in Swedish and English
Qualifications that are an advantage
- Previous experience in administrative work within the Swedish Armed Forces
- Previous experience as a Unit Administrator or Executive Assistant
- Completed and approved basic military training

The Life Guards is one of the largest units in the Swedish Armed Forces, with origins dating back to 1521. We train tomorrow's soldiers, as well as military police and personnel for international missions. We guard the royal palaces, we have security and ground combat units. We are also responsible for preserving and developing the Swedish military music tradition. Our headquarters are in Kungsängen outside Stockholm, but we are also located in Sollentuna, central Stockholm, Uppsala, Gothenburg, and Karlskrona.

An employment with us involves placement in a security class. Swedish citizenship is usually required.
Security clearance with register check will be conducted prior to employment according to Chapter 3 of the Security Protection Act. Employment entails an obligation to be mobilized in wartime.
