RESPONSIBILITIES

As a night care worker in home care, you work to create security, safety, and good care for our users during the quieter hours of the day and night. You carry out planned interventions and handle emerging needs with a focus on the user's independence, integrity, and well-being.

Your responsibilities include among other things:

• Personal care such as help with hygiene, toilet visits, transfers, and position changes.
• Supervisory visits and security-enhancing interventions during the night.
• Support in case of need for meals, drinks, or other care.
• Medication management according to delegation from authorized personnel.
• Documentation and reporting of performed interventions according to current routines.
• Handling security alarms and emergency situations that may arise during the night.
• Collaboration with colleagues and other professional groups to ensure good and safe care.
• Contribute to users having a secure night and being able to stay at home with maintained quality of life and independence.

The work involves a high degree of independence and requires that you are confident in your professional role, have good initiative, and can make well-founded decisions in various situations. QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for you who:

• Are trained as a nursing assistant and hold a protected professional title from the National Board of Health and Welfare.
• Have a genuine interest in working with people and contributing to their security and well-being.
• Have good ability to work independently, take responsibility, and make decisions in daily work.
• Have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written, as documentation and communication are an important part of the work.
• Hold a B driving license.

It is meritorious if you:

• Have previous experience working in home care.
• Have experience with night work within healthcare and social care.
• Have experience with medication delegation and working according to delegated health and medical care tasks.

You are confident, responsible, flexible, and have a professional attitude characterized by respect, sensitivity, and care. We place great emphasis on personal suitability.

• Salary form: Monthly salary.
• Employment form: Permanent employment.
• Duration: Start date 2026-08-24.
• Working hours: Roster/Schedule.
