Do you want to be part of launching a new digital platform focused on circular business models within the automotive industry? We are now looking for a Business Developer who will play a central role in rolling out a digital platform for used truck parts.

In this role, you are responsible for driving onboarding, activation, and long-term usage of the platform together with workshops and partners. You work closely with commercial, technical, and product-related functions to ensure that customer insights are translated into concrete improvements and a successful launch.

• Drive onboarding and activation of workshops on the platform.
• Ensure high usage and continued engagement after launch.
• Conduct user testing and collect structured customer feedback.
• Translate customer insights into improvement proposals and prioritized development initiatives.
• Define and monitor KPIs related to activation, usage, and customer value.
• Contribute to commercial analyses and interviews regarding willingness to pay.
• Be the voice of the customer in the collaboration between Commercial, Product, and Tech.
• Contribute to a successful rollout of the platform in close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

• Completed onboarding of new customers according to the rollout plan.
• High customer activation and increased usage of the platform.
• Structured collection and documentation of customer feedback.
• Clear improvement proposals based on user insights.
• Established KPIs and ongoing monitoring of results.
• Efficient collaboration between the business, product, and technology organizations.

• Experience with large-scale rollouts, implementations, or customer enablement.
• Documented experience from customer-facing roles.
• Experience working in fast-changing environments.
• Very good proficiency in English, both spoken and written.

• Experience working closely with Product and Tech teams.
• Experience with marketplace platforms or complex ecosystems with multiple stakeholders.
• Experience with KPI monitoring and data-driven improvement work.
• Swedish or additional European languages.

• Strong relationship builder with good communication skills.
• Business-driven and customer-oriented.
• Structured and non-hierarchical with a practical approach to work.
• Analytical and accustomed to working with KPIs and monitoring.
• Thrives in an entrepreneurial environment with high personal responsibility.
