Futurum F-9 is a popular school located on the outskirts of Bålsta in Håbo Municipality.

Your Responsibilities

Do you want to be part of driving our continued development journey within the after-school activities at Futurum?

We are now looking for certified after-school teachers who want to both manage and further develop our after-school centers together with engaged colleagues.

As a teacher with us, you will become an important part of a work team that creates a meaningful and educational leisure time for our students, where security, inclusion, and student development are at the center.

We are looking for you who:

• Have a relational approach and build trusting relationships with students, colleagues, and guardians.
• Are well-versed in the after-school center's guiding documents and mission.
• Plan, implement, and evaluate teaching together with the work team.
• Actively contribute to developing the after-school center's activities and learning environments.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who are a certified after-school teacher and thrive in a structured and clear leadership role. You have a strong ability to create good and trusting relationships with the students and communicate securely and professionally with guardians, both verbally and in writing. Your view of students is characterized by the conviction that all students do their best, and you adapt teaching based on each student's needs. You are well familiar with the after-school center's guiding documents and work in a conscious, inclusive, and student-centered manner.

• Can organize and see the whole picture over the entire school day.

In schools and preschools, all persons offered jobs, assignments, or internships must present an extract from the criminal record.

A six-month probationary period may apply.

We will begin the recruitment process at the beginning of August and look forward to contacting relevant candidates then.

Interviews will be conducted on an ongoing basis.
