HAG Högbergsskolan's Adapted Upper Secondary School

HAG is a unit with 21 students studying subjects or subject areas. We offer three national programs and one individual program.

We work based on clarifying pedagogy and low-affective handling, with the core philosophy of Prof. Ross Green: "Children do well if they can" – provided they have the prerequisites for it. Our goal is to make the school day understandable and predictable for our students.

You will work in a team together with educators, student assistants, and our student health team.

Job Responsibilities

You will mentor and support students at the adapted upper secondary school with their schoolwork and during leisure time activities.

Qualifications

Leisure-time Pedagogue (Fritidspedagog)

You have the ability to work with other people; to listen, show empathy, and respect. You are unpretentious and acknowledge and reward others' contributions.
