The Swedish Armed Forces play a central role in the development and strengthening of Sweden's cyber defense. The development of the Armed Forces' cyber defense is part of the overarching work to strengthen the total defense and the Armed Forces' operational capability. The Armed Forces' systems are subjected to stress from foreign actors on a daily basis.

In connection with CFL's growth, we are now looking for a Senior Recruiter.

Main Responsibilities

As a recruiter, you will support the operations and hiring managers with all parts of the recruitment process. This involves creating job profiles, writing job ads, publishing them, and supporting the selection process and interviews. There is great variation in the recruitment assignments, and you will support both military and civilian recruitment.

In the role of recruiter, you will also, together with your colleagues, work on developing systems, routines, and processes within recruitment. The position also involves some administrative tasks.

In addition to recruitment, you will work with a team to develop the Cyber Defense's employer branding to reach our future employees. This involves creating and implementing a strategy where activities, events, fairs, and communication support attracting future employees to us.

Requirements

  • At least five years of experience working independently throughout the entire recruitment process.
  • Experience with employer branding.
  • Academic education in HR/recruitment or other education/experience that the employer deems relevant.
  • Good administrative skills.
  • Good ability to communicate orally and in writing in Swedish and English.

We are looking for someone who gains energy from leading development in recruitment and employer branding, handling multiple contacts and processes simultaneously, and enjoys immersing themselves in new contexts, situations, and industries.

You have an easy time building relationships and trust. The work requires that you have high integrity and the ability to plan, organize, and prioritize your work effectively. Great emphasis will be placed on personal qualities.

  • Employment type: Permanent. The Swedish Armed Forces apply a six-month probation period for those not already employed by the agency.

The Chief of Defence (ÖB) and the Director General (GD) are located at the Headquarters (HKV), which currently has approximately 1,000 employees – both professional officers and civilian experts. The command staff includes, among others, the Director of Finance, the Director of Personnel, the Director of Communications, and the Chief Legal Counsel.
