Job Description

As a PE teacher, you are responsible for the planning, implementation, and evaluation of teaching in the subject of Physical Education and Health, in close collaboration with your colleagues. You will teach PE in grades 1–6 and be part of a team where our educators work together for our students. The position includes a mentorship role.

You should find collaboration easy and see it as a given, while also being driven and self-reliant. This means you take responsibility for planning and implementing your teaching. You have clear leadership skills and involve students in both your teaching and your planning.

You are accustomed to working independently in your responsibilities, listening, making decisions, and resolving conflicts constructively. You have an empathetic and democratic approach towards both students and colleagues. Your pedagogical insight is strong, and you understand that people absorb knowledge in different ways. Through good relationships combined with varied teaching methods and approaches, you stimulate students' development and learning so that our students become motivated and challenged to achieve the best possible results.

Qualifications

• Teaching certification (Lärarlegitimation)
• Qualified teacher with certification to teach Physical Education and Health in grades 1–6

Employment type: Permanent employment.

The municipality uses individual salary setting. Start date by agreement. The position is a permanent part-time employment at 65 %.
