Customer Service Representative in Bromma – Full-time

We are a company in an expansion phase and are looking for a new team member for our family-like office in Bromma (near Ulvsunda) in Stockholm. We are a team of three working in a pleasant atmosphere.
Your primary tasks will be to assist customers via email, ranging from helping them choose the right products to handling returns and complaints.
We are looking for someone who is cheerful and thrives in an office environment where your main tools are the computer and keyboard.
While we appreciate experience in the above tasks, it is not a requirement. Since the tasks are easy to learn, we place more emphasis on your personal fit and well-being than on previous experience.
Requirements:
- You have a friendly and positive attitude.
- You write and speak fluent Swedish.

Contact with customers is primarily conducted via email through our CRM system, but telephone contact may occur in certain cases.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to and send emails to customers.
- Handle returns and complaints.
- Help customers get started with products and provide technical consultation.
- Write newsletters and product descriptions as needed.
