Hela Företagshälsa in Norrtälje is looking for a Customer and Marketing Manager for the Norrtälje and Åkersberga areas.
We are a local and engaged occupational health service that works to promote health, prevent illness, and support rehabilitation together with our client companies. Our services include, among other things, workplace environment, health checks, risk analyses, rehabilitation, and organizational development. Our goal is to create sustainable and thriving workplaces through close and personal collaboration with our customers.
Your Role
As we grow in both Norrtälje and Åkersberga, we are looking for a Customer and Marketing Manager who, together with the CEO and the management group, can drive our operational customer work as well as strategic marketing and brand-building efforts forward.
The main responsibilities will include:
- Regular customer contact with our corporate clients.
- Identifying and contacting potential customers.
- Monitoring the external environment and following market trends.
- Updating the marketing plan together with the CEO, as well as analyzing results and purchased services.
- Being part of the management group with a focus on marketing issues and contributing strategies to achieve our set goals.
- Responsibility for social media. A media agency is in place with an annual plan for marketing activities, where you will also be a key player.
Qualifications
We are looking for a person who is social, communicative, and skilled at building relationships and trust. It is important to be business-driven and customer-focused. You should enjoy having varied days and be able to switch between different tasks to maintain momentum.
Attributes
We would appreciate it if you have experience from occupational health services, either as a provider or in a similar previous role. It is important that you understand the industry's prerequisites, legal requirements, and the challenges our customers face.
Most importantly, we are looking for someone who is comfortable with proactive sales/consulting and has experience in managing and developing existing customers. Being confident in producing sales-oriented posts and texts for customers is also important. We use tools such as Canva and Mailchimp and are active on Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
Having held a leading work role yourself is an advantage, as is being a registered nurse, rehabilitation coordinator, or occupational health and safety engineer.

Currently, we have 12 employees and 8 consultants working together. You will work in a truly engaged expert team where we meet many pleasant and interesting customers from all over Roslagen. We also offer wellness benefits and joint company activities such as kick-offs and planning days.
The position is a permanent employment of 80–100%, according to agreement.
