We are looking for a driven and goal-oriented salesperson who wants to help build the next generation purchasing platform for restaurants, grocery stores, and businesses.

In this role, you will help customers reduce their purchasing costs by connecting them to Torghandel's growing network. You will actively work on acquiring new customers, building long-term customer relationships, and becoming a key part of our continued expansion in Sweden.

Here, you will have the opportunity to build something from the ground up while developing your sales skills. As part of our growing team, you will have significant responsibility and the chance to influence both your daily work and your future career development within the company.

The position is based at our headquarters in Handen, Stockholm, where you will work with the team at least one day a week. The rest of the time, you will work on booking meetings, contacting new customers via phone, and conducting customer visits where you build relationships and create new business.

We offer a fixed salary combined with an attractive commission model with no upper income cap.

Responsibilities

  • Contact new customers via phone and book meetings
  • Process restaurants, shops, and corporate customers in your area
  • Conduct customer meetings, both digitally and in person
  • Present and sell Torghandel's services and solutions
  • Create new business and help customers get started
  • Build and develop long-term customer relationships
  • Follow up on quotes, leads, and business opportunities
  • Contribute to the company's continued growth and expansion

We are looking for someone who

  • Has sales experience and thrives on creating new business
  • Is driven, goal-oriented, and motivated by achieving results
  • Easily builds trust and long-term customer relationships
  • Is self-motivated and takes responsibility for your own planning and sales
  • Enjoys working out at customer sites and representing the company professionally
  • Thrives in both telemarketing and personal customer meetings
  • Has good communication skills and is fluent in Swedish (spoken and written)
  • Has a valid driver's license (Category B)

Merits
