Job Description

As an IT Sourcing Manager, you are responsible for driving and executing procurement and renegotiation processes for IT-related products and services. You ensure that strategic suppliers deliver according to agreements and contribute to optimizing commercial terms and business value.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and execute procurement processes (RFx processes).
• Develop procurement documentation and contract documents.
• Negotiate commercial and legal terms.
• Manage supplier performance and monitor deliveries.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Work independently in close collaboration with IT, business representatives, and suppliers, often at a senior level.

Required Qualifications

• Experience in IT purchasing and sourcing.
• Documented experience in independently driving procurement processes.
• Strong negotiation skills, both commercially and legally.
• Proficiency in writing, interpreting, and managing contracts.
• Ability to work in a structured manner.
• Fluency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.

Additional Information

• Contract period: 2026-08-17 to 2027-01-29 (with possibility of extension).
• Location: Solna.
