Algeco is now looking for a business-driven and relationship-building salesperson who wants to develop operations within residential camps and complete camp solutions on the Swedish market. In this role, you work with customers in industry, energy, data centers, infrastructure, and large construction projects. You are responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing customer relationships, and driving deals from initial contact to final solution.

About the Role
Algeco delivers complete accommodation and camp solutions for projects where people need to live, work, and thrive over longer periods. The solutions can include residential modules, dining halls, offices, welfare facilities, and other amenities that create functional work and living environments.
As a salesperson at Algeco, you will become a key figure in the continued push into the Swedish market. You work closely with customers, partners, and internal specialist functions to create commercial and sustainable solutions.
Location: Umeå or Bro
Responsibilities
- Identify and process new customers within the industry, energy, data center, and infrastructure sectors.
- Develop and strengthen relationships with existing customers and partners.
- Drive the sales process from prospecting to agreement and follow-up.
- Develop customized solution proposals together with internal resources.
- Lead and follow up on projects throughout the entire business process.
- Contribute to the development of Algeco's offering within residential camps and camp solutions.
- Monitor the market and identify new business opportunities.
To succeed in the role, we believe you have
- Experience of successful B2B sales.
- Are accustomed to creating new business and building long-term customer relationships.
- Have a strong personal drive and enjoy working independently.
- Are business-minded, structured, and solution-oriented.
- Have a good understanding of complex sales and project-based business.
- Fluently speak and write Swedish and English.
- Have experience from construction, industry, rental, facility management, or related industries. This is an advantage but not a requirement.
