Are you a driven salesperson looking to take the next step in your career? Here you will work with established customer relationships, drive the entire sales process, and offer complementary solutions that strengthen the customer's existing investments in energy technology.

The recruitment is conducted in collaboration with Hero; you will be employed directly by one of Sweden's most expansive companies within energy technology!

About the Role

In this role, you will work with warm leads—customers who already have a relationship with the company. Your mission will be to further develop these relationships by offering complementary solutions that strengthen the customer's current investments.

You will become part of a dedicated sales team characterized by team spirit, structure, and a fast pace. Here, there is a culture of mutual support and working towards common goals, while you also have the space to grow in your own sales career.

Your main responsibilities include:

  • Contacting existing customers via phone and offering complementary solutions that strengthen their current investments.
  • Managing the entire sales process, from initial contact to closing the deal.
  • Contributing to the team's success through active participation and collaboration.
  • Participating in internal sales competitions, training, and team activities.

We are looking for you who:

  • Have experience in sales and are accustomed to working over the phone.
  • Are communicative, empathetic, and skilled at building trust.
  • Are curious about technology and eager to learn more about the energy sector.
  • Are driven and thrive in a results-oriented environment.
  • Have good proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written.

Since the role involves advanced sales and complex customer dialogues, it is important that you have the right prerequisites for success. Therefore, logic and personality tests via Alva Labs are a central part of the process.

Previous experience from the energy sector is not a requirement; you will receive comprehensive introduction and training in the company's products and systems.

About the Position

Employment Type: Permanent position with the client company
Working Hours: Monday–Friday, 09:00–18:00
Location: Alvik, Stockholm
Start Date: According to agreement
