At CauseyWestling, we are now looking for a hungry junior inside sales representative. You will become an important part of our team and will be responsible for identifying potential customers, contacting them, and booking meetings together with Partners. Your primary focus will not be upselling to existing customers, but rather broadening our customer base.

For the right person, there are good opportunities to develop into a broader sales responsibility as you and the company grow.

Your main responsibilities will include

• prospecting and identifying relevant leads within our customer areas
• contacting decision-makers via phone and other channels
• booking qualified meetings for our tax consultants
• following up on leads and handling incoming inquiries

We believe you

• have a few years of experience in sales, preferably B2B, or in-house appointment setting
• are hungry and driven with the goal of developing in your role as a salesperson
• are comfortable with cold calls and see them as a craft, not a necessary evil
• communicate clearly and trustworthily, in Swedish
• are results-oriented and motivated by clear goals and quick feedback

You do not need experience in tax or real estate; we will teach you that, but general curiosity and drive will play a large role in your enjoyment of this role.
