About the role

We are currently looking for an experienced and business-driven Senior Lease Negotiator for an exciting consulting assignment with one of Sweden's leading players. You will become part of a team of 3–4 people responsible for a comprehensive property portfolio consisting of over 200 sites across Sweden.

You will play a key role in driving and executing strategic lease negotiations and contributing to the development and optimization of the property portfolio. The role involves close collaboration with internal stakeholders and offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where you will have significant responsibility and influence.

Who are you?

We are looking for you who have extensive experience in lease negotiations and a strong business drive. You are analytical, structured, and work in a data-driven manner to make well-founded decisions. You thrive on handling complex negotiations, are communicative, and have a knack for building long-term relationships with various stakeholders.

You work independently, take initiative, and have the ability to present clear decision-making materials as well as find business solutions.

Responsibilities

• Drive and execute strategic lease negotiations.
• Negotiate with landlords to ensure competitive terms.
• Analyze market conditions and rental levels.
• Prepare decision-making materials prior to negotiations.
• Compete existing and future premises.
• Contribute to the development and optimization of the property portfolio.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders on property-related issues.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who have:

• Extensive experience within the real estate or premises sector.
• Documented experience in strategic lease negotiations.
• Experience working with geographically dispersed operations.
• Strong analytical skills and a data-driven work approach.
• Experience in preparing and presenting decision-making materials.
• Good communication skills and experience managing multiple stakeholders.
• Fluency in Swedish (spoken and written) is required.

Assignment Information

• Scope: 100%
• Location: Stockholm
• Hybrid work with physical presence approximately three days per week.
• Assignment start: As agreed.
• Opportunity for extension exists.
