Then this might be for you. We are now looking for a Senior Procurement Specialist for our purchasing unit.

About the role

At SISAB, you will work in a socially important company with a clear mission. As a leading actor in school real estate, we create sustainable, safe, and long-term educational environments for children and young people in Stockholm.

As a procurement specialist, you have a broad role that is both expert, strategic, and supportive. You primarily work with several category-divided tenders in parallel, leading working groups for each tender, but you also work strategically with the development of procurement and purchasing issues while acting in a supportive role regarding, for example, contract follow-up.

Examples of other tasks include:

• Conducting renewed competitive tenders
• Establishing and managing dynamic purchasing systems
• Developing purchasing strategies
• Informing and training internally about regulations and application within the area of procurement and construction law, as well as new/changed contracts
• Conducting needs and market analysis
• Responsible for market dialogue

You will become an important part of a cohesive and engaged team consisting of a unit manager, seven procurement specialists, contract controllers, purchasing controllers, a contract lawyer, and an administrator. You have contact points throughout the company and support the operations with procurement issues.

We are currently located at Palmfelt Center in the Globen area and are moving in September 2026 to new premises next to Luma Park, Hammarby Sjöstad. The work is primarily based at the office.

The position is a permanent full-time employment starting with a six-month probation period. Desired start date is as soon as possible, taking into account any notice period.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who:

• Has several years of experience as a procurement specialist within public administration/companies.
• Is educated in procurement and construction law or has a university education in a relevant field, e.g., law, economics. Alternatively, equivalent work experience.

It is meritorious if you have experience in category-driven procurement work within the construction and real estate industry with good knowledge of AB, ABT, ABFF, ABK, and LOU (Public Procurement Act).

You can handle several tasks in parallel. You are engaged and work methodically but can also make quick decisions when necessary.
