Account Executive / B2B Sales Representative at Talangbron

You focus on relationships and closing. AI handles prospecting. Commission has no cap.

Prospecting, cold emailing, and manual CRM tagging are boring, time-consuming, and frustrating. These 'Three T's' are some of the biggest pains for B2B salespeople.

At Talangbron, we've cracked the code. We've eliminated routine work through internal system support and an AI-driven automation flow – and we are now looking for the next star to join our team on Roslagsgatan in Stockholm. ⭐

What your day looks like

Here, you won't be sitting with cold lists. Instead of spending hours on manual prospecting, you step into conversations that have already started, directing your energy where it matters most: building relationships and closing deals.

  • You own the deal – from the first dialogue to the signed contract. It's your process and your goal.
  • Close teamwork with a dedicated recruiter – as soon as you and the client agree, our recruiters take over and ensure the delivery of candidates.

Who are you?

Must-haves

✅ At least 1 year of documented B2B sales experience.

✅ Fluent in speaking and writing Swedish.

✅ Completed upper secondary education (high school diploma).

Strongly preferred

  • Experience with HubSpot (our primary CRM).
  • Experience from the recruitment or staffing industry.
  • Norwegian or Danish (we are expanding our outreach to the Nordics).
  • You like AI and use it in your daily life – feel free to explain how in your application 🤖
