We are now looking for a Payroll Specialist who wants to influence, develop, and ensure quality in the payroll function. This is a role for you who not only wants to work operationally with payroll, but also contribute to improvements, system development, and future ways of working.

Kronfågel is in an exciting change journey where the focus is on modernizing and developing HR and payroll processes. The company is currently facing the implementation of a new payroll system (Flex) with a focus on automation and efficiency.

In the role of Payroll Specialist, you will have a broad responsibility where you combine operational work with development. Initially, the work will be focused on the system implementation of the new payroll system (Flex). The role involves close collaboration with the Payroll Manager and other functions within HR and the organization.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

You will among other things:

• Be responsible for qualified payroll work from start to finish
• Ensure that the correct salary is paid out
• Handle complex payroll-related issues, such as supplements, holiday pay, and bonus models
• Be involved in the implementation and setup of the new payroll system (Flex)
• Drive efficiency and automation of existing manual processes
• Work on improving systems, workflows, and routines
• Support the organization with payroll questions and have dialogue with authorities if needed

YOUR PROFILE

Requirements

• Vocational Higher Education (YH) in payroll or equivalent
• Several years of experience in qualified payroll work
• Experience working independently with the entire payroll process
• Good system proficiency and interest in systems and workflows
• Fluent Swedish in speech and writing

Merits

• Experience with Flex or similar payroll systems
• Experience with system implementation
• Experience from medium-sized companies or larger payroll flows
• Experience with incentive or bonus programs
