Fårösundsskolan is looking for you who are a qualified teacher with a license and eager for a position that can develop over time in line with the life you want to live.

Within the Northern Gotland school area, there are Fårösundsskolan (Grades F-9), Lärbroskolan (Grades F-6), Solklintsskolan (Grades F-9), and Foleskolan (Grades F-6). The area has one principal and two deputy principals.

At the schools in the area, we work together to ensure that our students receive a good education, where cooperation between different student groups is a way to increase well-being and security. Your responsibilities

You will belong to a teaching team that works closely with our students in both subject and work teams. As support for difficult issues, there is an experienced and well-equipped student health team. The position is a class teacher role, which implies mentorship for your class, making relational competence particularly important.

Who are you?

You have completed your teacher education. You have a teaching license or are awaiting your license. You have worked as a teacher for a number of years or are a recent graduate.

You are a secure person who can lead yourself in a group of like-minded colleagues and exploratory students. You are clear that teaching starts with clear planning. The important thing is that you want to develop together with other educators to ensure that our students get as far as possible in their knowledge development.

You are a clear pedagog who wants to work in a social context where development happens together. You have good digital competence and security both in teaching and in communicating with guardians and colleagues. You know what is appropriate in social media, and your secrecy compass always has a steady course.
