Join us in creating the world's best city for a long and dignified life. We are now looking for a Social Responsibility Coordinator (SAS)!
As an SAS, your role involves supporting operations in systematic quality work and contributing to the development of routines and working methods. You review the administration's elderly care services and propose improvements to ensure that laws, regulations, and decisions are followed. A significant part of the assignment involves investigating and assessing Lex Sarah reports and notifications to the Inspection for Care and Support (IVO). You participate as an expert in management groups, towards operations, as well as in working groups and networks within and outside the administration. The work requires environmental scanning, particularly regarding legislation. Currently, we are placing extra emphasis on preventive work, both strategically and in collaboration with operations. Here, we help each other and share knowledge to find smarter ways of working.

About you
We are looking for you who have a degree in social work or another university degree that the employer deems relevant, along with several years of experience working in social services. You are well-versed in legislation, social documentation, and have experience with qualified investigative work and elderly care. Experience in leadership and operational development is desirable. You can effectively identify and analyze the core of a problem and propose possible solutions. You have the ability to see connections and draw logical conclusions based on limited and/or complex information.
You are comfortable in social contact areas, both informal and formal. You stand by made decisions and can convey uncomfortable messages when necessary. You set clear goals and plan activities and projects in good time. You use time efficiently and work systematically, organized, and methodically. You ensure that work is completed and follow up on results.
You see opportunities for change and create situations where new ideas and proposals can be developed. You motivate and describe changes pedagogically and handle criticism of change in a constructive manner. You drive long-term and sustainable change work, both locally and across the administration. You have the ability to convey information and ideas, both orally and in writing. You adapt your communication to the recipient, target group, and situation. The work requires you to be structured and able to prioritize between tasks. You plan much of your work independently and have the opportunity to work from home or another location when it suits.
