ABOUT THE JOB

We are now looking for a preschool teacher or alternatively a teacher with qualifications to teach in preschool class (förskoleklass) for our village school in Knaften.

Knaften Village School is a school offering preschool class up to and including year 3. Here, there are great opportunities to work thematically where the outdoor environment can become a second classroom. You also have great freedom in structuring the work based on what you see benefits the student group best. In the small school, you will have the opportunity to work with smaller student groups, and since it is a small unit with few children and students, the school, after-school center (fritidshem), and preschool collaborate closely.

As a preschool teacher in Lycksele Municipality, you have a exciting, developing, and challenging job. The position involves a combination of work in preschool class and the after-school center. You are responsible for planning, implementation, and evaluation of the education in preschool class and the after-school center, and you collaborate within the work team.

YOUR PROFILE

We are looking for you who are a certified preschool teacher and/or have teacher certification for preschool class. You want to create the best conditions for children/students' development and learning. You have a pedagogical assignment based on current governing documents and take responsibility for ensuring that the education is safe, fun, and educational for all children/students.
