Do you want to work in a school where every student is seen and where genuine collaboration is part of everyday life? Nilaskolan is Malå Municipality's only school, offering all education from preschool class to adult education. Nilaskolan is preparing for the transition to a 10-year comprehensive school starting in 2028, which is why it has a four-year lower primary stage and hires teachers for the preschool class.

Nilaskolan is a small school with a high staff-to-student ratio, small student groups, and a strong focus on collegial learning. Here, teachers work closely with each other and with the students in an environment characterized by engagement, security, and shared responsibility for the quality of education. We are now looking for a teacher who wants to develop our school together with us.

Responsibilities

The staff's responsibilities include planning, leading, developing, and conducting teaching, as well as making adaptations that stimulate and challenge the student's curiosity, development, and learning. Security and peace of mind are important parts of the school's value base. We work in work teams and sometimes in subject-specific teams.

Qualifications

You are a certified comprehensive school teacher. You should have good collaboration skills, be flexible, possess pedagogical insight, and have the ability to build good relationships with our students.

We would like you to be clear, structured, creative, and have good communication skills.

Digital competence is a prerequisite for working with us.

Flexibility, collaboration skills, and engagement are important qualities.

Conditions

Full-time, permanent position subject to necessary approvals, probationary period may apply.
