We are now looking for a service-oriented and engaged property coordinator for a consulting assignment

In this role, you are responsible for creating a welcoming, pleasant, and well-functioning environment for commercial tenants and visitors. You work closely with both internal and external stakeholders and contribute to a high service level through coordination, follow-up, and daily presence in the operations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain ongoing contact with tenants and other stakeholders.
• Conduct rounds and follow-up on property environments and common areas.
• Coordinate service deliveries and external suppliers.
• Coordinate activities, events, and customer-related initiatives.
• Serve as a contact point for tenants and other stakeholders.
• Handle administrative and coordinating tasks that support daily operations.
• Support the team with various customer and service issues.

We are looking for someone who

• Has experience from service, coordination, or customer-facing roles, preferably from the property industry.
• Is structured, solution-oriented, and humble.
• Thrives in a role with many contact surfaces, both internally and externally.
• Has strong administrative skills.

As a person, you are positive, proactive, and have a strong focus on service and relationships.

Your assignment takes place at the client's site, but you choose whether you want to work as a sub-consultant with your own company or as a consultant directly employed by Fasticon. As an employed consultant, you are covered by collective agreements, insurance, and pension benefits.
