At Asta Agency, we collaborate with the company in this recruitment process. This is a consulting assignment with good opportunities for extension or permanent employment in the future. You will initially be employed by Asta Agency and work as a consultant at the company.

In the role of Business Coordinator, you will become an important operational support function with the task of creating structure, following up on activities, and ensuring that practical parts of the business are executed. You will work closely with your direct manager and relieve them of daily questions regarding administration, coordination, purchasing, follow-up, and quality in daily operations.

The tasks are broad and may include compiling and following up on activities in Excel, coordinating orders, booking travel and hotels, contacting internal support functions, and ensuring that various tasks move forward. You may also be involved in practical aspects related to offices, facilities, events, marketing activities, and the implementation of working methods on-site in the business.

The position is close to operations and involves working on-site in the business, with some travel within Sweden as needed.
