About the Role

As a Senior Consultant Manager / Team Leader, you will have overall responsibility for both the business and the people.

You will work with recruitment, consultant care, client relations, and business development, while also playing a key role in supporting, coaching, and developing new consultant managers and sales staff.

You will become a central part of the company's continued expansion.

Your Main Responsibilities

• Recruit and match nurses and doctors to assignments
• Responsible for onboarding, consultant care, and follow-up
• Build long-term relationships with consultants and clients
• Ensure high quality in delivery
• Identify new business opportunities and develop existing clients
• Responsible for staffing, planning, and coordination
• Coach and support junior consultant managers and sales staff
• Contribute to the development of processes, routines, and working methods
• Act as a culture carrier and role model within the organization

Who Are You?

We are looking for someone who has already proven that you can create results within staffing, recruitment, or consulting.

You are confident in your professional role and have the ability to build trust with clients, consultants, and colleagues.

• Have experience as a consultant manager, recruiter, or in a similar role
• Have documented good results within staffing or consulting
• Are accustomed to building and maintaining long-term relationships
• Have a good understanding of business acumen and growth
• Are structured and solution-oriented
• Naturally possess leadership qualities
• Enjoy coaching and developing other people
• Thrive in an entrepreneurial environment where a lot is happening

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience from healthcare staffing
• Experience in leadership or personnel responsibility
• Experience in sales and business development
• Experience in building teams or starting new operations
• Own network within the healthcare or staffing industry
