On behalf of our client, we are currently looking for a Payroll Consultant for a position in Stockholm. The assignment is full-time and is expected to start immediately and run until April 30, 2027.

About the Assignment

The organization is experiencing strong growth while simultaneously undertaking a comprehensive digitalization effort within HR and payroll. To ensure stable deliveries, the payroll function needs to be strengthened with a consultant who can contribute to daily operations while supporting the development of processes and working methods.

As a Payroll Consultant, you work independently with the entire payroll process and are responsible for ensuring that payroll administration complies with current legislation, collective agreements, and internal guidelines. A large part of the work involves handling manual documentation, payroll administration, and close dialogue with the business units.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will among other things:

• Handle ongoing payroll administration and registration of manual payroll documents
• Ensure quality in timesheets and payroll documentation
• Administer and approve expense reports
• Post invoices related to the payroll area
• Issue various types of certificates and requisitions
• Handle administration regarding company cars and salary exchange
• Provide support and advice to managers and employees regarding payroll and compensation issues
• Support the business unit with timesheet reporting and expense reports
• Participate in digitalization efforts and the development of payroll processes

About You

We are looking for you who meet the following mandatory requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience working independently with payroll administration, including the entire payroll process (such as time registration, payroll calculations, reporting to authorities, and handling benefits)
• Education in payroll administration (vocational college, university, or equivalent) or at least 5 years of relevant experience
• At least 3 years of experience in business support, for example, support and advisory services to managers and employees
• Experience working in payroll systems
• Fluent Swedish in both speech and writing

The following qualifications are meritorious:

• Experience with the UBW payroll module (formerly Agresso)
• Experience with the Affärsverksavtalet or Villkorsavtalet collective agreements

Other Information
Start: Immediately, subject to completed security clearance
End: April 30, 2027
Scope: Full-time
Location: Stockholm, Sundbyberg

Security clearance and background check are required. The security clearance process is estimated to take approximately 8 to 10 weeks, but may take longer or shorter. The consultant's assignment cannot begin until the above process has been completed and clearance has been granted.

Employment form: Employed by Devotum, as the client does not approve subcontractors in this process.
