About the role

At Perido, we are currently looking for an economics student for a summer assignment with an established dental care chain, starting immediately. You will become part of the finance department and have the opportunity to support the team with ongoing administrative and finance-related tasks. This role is perfect for you who want to put your studies into practice and develop in a professional and engaging work environment. The work is carried out at the office in Stockholm.

Your responsibilities

In this role, you will mainly work with:

• Handling of supplier accounts payable
• Registration and handling of incoming mail
• Contact with suppliers via phone and email
• Cleaning and updating customer and supplier registers in Excel
• Simple bank reconciliations

Your qualities

To thrive in this role, we believe you are structured, responsible, and have an eye for detail. You work carefully, are easy to collaborate with, and enjoy providing good service. You take initiative and are not afraid to jump in where needed.

Qualifications:

• Ongoing post-secondary studies in economics
• Experience working with Fortnox
• Good knowledge of Excel
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written

Scope and start date

Full-time, consultancy assignment for 1.5 months. Start immediately.
