Your daily life as a Customer Center Employee
SOS Alarm is now looking for an engaged and responsible employee for our Customer Center in Västerås, Stockholm, and Gothenburg. In this role, high attention to detail, a strong sense of responsibility, and good communication skills are crucial for success. You will become a key person in our customer dialogue and an important link between our external customers, partners, and internal functions.
As a customer center employee, you handle incoming cases and calls from our customers and partners. You are responsible for updating and administering information in our operational systems, for example by creating and revising alarm plans. The work requires you to be structured, solution-oriented, and have a genuine interest in delivering quality in every detail. You are also expected to contribute to daily operations and continuous improvement work by suggesting how we can improve existing methods to meet customer expectations.
Customer Center is a large organization within SOS Alarm, located in several cities in Sweden. You have experience with and enjoy collaborating across functions and departments, as well as with customers.
We are looking for someone who
Has previous experience from customer service and administration
Has at least 5 years of work experience
We believe you have experience with
Working with customer service and in customer-facing roles, preferably from the public sector and/or B2B. You are accustomed to working in digital systems and have a pronounced administrative ability. You express yourself fluently in Swedish, both verbally and in writing, and are confident communicating in English.
As a person, you are meticulous, responsible, and have a genuine commitment and passion for delivering fantastic customer experiences. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, communicate clearly, are unpretentious, service-oriented, and have the ability to build long-term customer relationships. You like to work according to established structures but are not afraid to identify improvement potential and are happy to contribute to improving working methods.

The position is full-time, located during office hours, and permanent with a six-month probation period.
