The core of our business model is strong e-commerce expertise and product development. Our Swedish office is located in Vallentuna, where we house both warehouse and retail under one roof.
We are currently looking for a new Customer Service Representative who can help us grow and deliver first-class service in both Sweden and Norway.
Do you enjoy talking about training and fitness equipment? Do you like learning about new products? Can you explain what good service is and do you enjoy customer contact? Do you feel energized after hanging up the phone following a call with a customer?
If the above sounds like you, you have the chance to help build a company while working with customer service and product advice in a completely new initiative within fitness and e-commerce. We aim to make training and activity accessible for everyone, from home. We want our customer service representatives to have a large scope to create fantastic customer experiences. By this, we mean that we have great trust in our employees' ability to meet our customers. No customer interaction is the same as another.
Your days will be dedicated to:
Helping our customers with products, training, deliveries, and much more, via phone, email, and chat
Delivering world-class customer service to all our customers
Improving our service by proactively sharing experiences and ideas
Assisting with translations and content for the website and social media
Recording product and promotional videos in Norwegian
Qualifications that would be advantageous for you:
You have a passion for fitness and training equipment
You strive to deliver first-class service and love customer contact
You have experience as a customer service representative and/or in online sales
We would also like you to have:
Worked with fitness in some form
Understanding of fitness machines and their technical specifications
A strong desire to learn about new products
Experience working in e-commerce
Flexibility and the ability to adapt well to change and new challenges
We offer a workplace in a rapidly growing company and a flexible work environment. The position is full-time and begins with a six-month probationary period. Start date is negotiable, but we would prefer if you could start immediately.
The selection process is ongoing, and you are warmly welcome to submit your application as soon as possible. As part of the recruitment process, candidates who move forward will be asked to complete a task to assess written service skills.
Sportproffsen is a drug-free workplace, and we conduct drug testing as part of our recruitment process. The final candidate will undergo a drug test through our partner, Previa.
