About the role

Entrack is one of Sweden's largest independent suppliers of crawler undercarriage parts and wear parts. They have expanded with warehouses and offices in several Swedish cities as well as internationally in Poland, Italy, and Finland. They are now looking for a new colleague for their office in Järfälla.

As an inside sales representative, your main responsibilities will include ensuring smooth and efficient order processing, while actively contributing to increasing sales by identifying and following up on potential sales opportunities. The role involves selling wear parts, undercarriages, and equipment for construction machinery, targeting both existing and potential customers. You will be based at the headquarters in Järfälla and will report to the site manager.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process new and recurring customers
  • Receive orders and handle customer inquiries
  • Guide and recommend products and solutions based on customer needs and problems
  • Follow up on and monitor orders, quotations, deliveries, and answer questions regarding quantities, delivery times, and terms

We are looking for someone who

  • Has completed a 3-year upper secondary education, preferably in a relevant field
  • Has approximately 5 years of work experience
  • Speaks and writes fluently in Swedish and English, as these languages will be used in daily work
  • Has a technical interest
  • Hold a valid driver's license (Category B)

Meritorious

  • Previous sales experience
  • Previous industry experience is highly valued
