About the job

Do you want to contribute to developing and streamlining processes and working methods? We are now looking for a Business Developer for the Vehicle Register section. The section works within the Vehicle Information department's product area 'Vehicle Ownership'. Together with IT, we are responsible for maintaining and developing several system supports related to the products Vehicle Register and Inspection. The section comprises various functions and competencies, including product owners, business developers, and system administrators.

In this role, you will drive and contribute to the development of business processes linked to the section's products, where you analyze needs and translate them into requirements for IT support and working methods. To succeed in this role, you need to be someone who enjoys collaborating with others and building trusting relationships, as the role involves working with both business operations, IT, and other stakeholders.

You will

• contribute to a cohesive and efficient business and system development
• work proactively through environmental scanning to identify changed conditions and development opportunities
• drive business development by analyzing needs, identifying areas for improvement, and proposing solutions
• maintain and further develop the product's processes
• provide knowledge and experience to our operations
• lead assignments related to the product's processes.

You must have

• an academic education in a field relevant to the position, or equivalent knowledge acquired in another way
• current experience of business development closely linked to IT
• experience working in a role where you have developed and analyzed needs and formulated requirements
• experience participating in larger development assignments
• experience working according to an agile work and approach mindset
• good ability to express yourself in speech and writing, in Swedish.

It is an advantage if you also have

• experience in modeling processes or information flows
• experience in project leadership
• good business knowledge within current products
• experience with development or change initiatives
• experience working in cross-functional teams.

More information

The employment is permanent with a location in Kista. Appointment according to agreement. We normally apply a probationary period. Remote work is possible depending on operational needs, up to 3 days. An employment with us may involve placement in a security class. A security investigation with register check according to the Security Protection Act (2018:585) may therefore be conducted. For some of our security-classed tasks, Swedish citizenship is required.
