About the role and your responsibilities

In the role of Cash Administrator, you report to the Team Lead for Cash Management. You work in close collaboration with your colleagues on administrative tasks targeting the Nordic markets. In addition to your main duties, you will assist with other administrative tasks and act as an internal service function. You are responsible for contributing to maintaining the high quality of our client's premium services.

Your main responsibilities

• Handling manual payments and receipts
• Closing and partial amortization of contracts
• Responsible for uploading payment files
• Performing bookings and reconciling accounts
• Contact with dealers

About you

We see that you are passionate about finance and administration and possess the ability to work in a structured and quality-conscious manner. You are a service-oriented person with good communication skills. Furthermore, you are a flexible team player who also has the ability to work in a structured way. To thrive in this role, you are analytical, have good self-leadership, and enjoy working at a fast pace.

To qualify for the role, we require that you

• Have an academic degree in economics, or alternatively a high school education in economics with relevant work experience
• Have a few years of experience from similar tasks
• Speak and write fluently in both Swedish and English
• Have good computer skills, preferably in Excel
