As a Customer Service Representative, you are the company's first point of contact for corporate customers and are responsible for creating a positive customer experience. Your responsibilities include:

• Answering questions via phone and email regarding cash-in-transit, deliveries, and orders.
• Handling and managing cases in Salesforce.
• Collaborating with internal departments to resolve customer issues.
• Representing the company with a high level of service awareness and professionalism.

• Currently works in customer service - using phone, email, and/or chat as tools in the role.
• Has at least 2 years of experience in customer service.
• Is familiar with working with the Office suite, especially Excel.
• Has a completed upper secondary education (high school diploma).
• Fluently speaks and writes Swedish and English.
• Thrives working 100% on-site in Rotebro together with your team.

Meritorious: Experience with Salesforce, IFS, or similar systems.

Personal qualities: You are communicative, service-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced role where the phone is your primary tool.

Here you work together with approximately 80 colleagues at the headquarters, of whom about 25 belong to the customer service team. • Scope: Full-time 40h/week.
• Employment type: Advantageous consultant agreement via OIO.
