Position Summary

This role is responsible for supply chain consultancy, driving and generating solutions revenue within assigned territories. The individual collaborates closely with UPS Sales Team to identify potential opportunities and explore tailored solutions for prospects. The position requires developing a deep understanding of customers’ operations and business goals and demonstrating how UPS can support and enhance their performance. Using UPS’s strengths in transportation, technology, finance and supply chain design, this role delivers consultative support to help the sales organization improve customers’ processes through valued customizable solutions. The position is to cover the Stockholm and outer Stockholm area of Sweden so willingness to travel is essential.

Responsibilities

• Leads meetings (both in-person and virtual) with customers and subject‑matter experts to address implementation issues, review solution adjustments, demonstrate capabilities, gather feedback, and answer questions.
• Build and maintains strong customer relationships to ensure UPS solutions continue to meet expectations.
• Records and communications account activities (e.g., in-person visits, calls, training sessions) to keep the broader account team updated.
• Logs customer interactions in the account management platform to ensure full visibility across the team.
• Delivers both formal and informal training, particularly regarding technology solutions—to keep the sales force knowledgeable about UPS offerings and recent upgrades.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent international qualification in Business, Supply Chain or a related field — preferred
• Experience with Microsoft Office or equivalent tools — preferred
• Strong problem‑solving and time‑management abilities
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a natural ability to exceed expectations
• Driving License B
• Strong English and Swedish skills are mandatory – other languages are preferred

• Full time, Permanent with 6 months’ probation.
