We are now building a new Service Desk team in Solna and are looking for an employee who speaks Danish and English. Previous experience in IT support is advantageous, but not a requirement. The most important thing is that you have an interest in technology, enjoy problem-solving, and want to give customers a really good service experience.

About the role

As an IT Support Employee, you will become part of our Service Desk team where you help users and store staff with technical questions and support cases.

You work via phone, email, and chat and are responsible for:

• Handling incoming support cases
• Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
• Registering, prioritizing, and following up on incidents and service requests
• Creating user accounts and managing permissions
• Resetting passwords and administering users in Active Directory
• Ensuring a professional and positive customer experience

No day is the same, and you will have the opportunity to develop both your technical knowledge and your service skills.

We are looking for someone who:

• Speaks fluent Danish and has good knowledge of English
• Is service-minded and enjoys customer contact
• Has recently graduated in IT, has experience in IT support, or has a strong interest in IT and technology
• Is structured and solution-oriented
• Has good collaboration skills and enjoys working in a team

Previous experience is advantageous but not a requirement; you will receive a thorough introduction with us!

Working hours and employment

• Full-time, fixed hours Monday–Friday 8:00–17:00
• Start with an introduction in August 2026
• Salary: 21,325 – 24,482 SEK/month depending on experience and language skills
• We have a collective agreement
