Are you a non-life insurance advisor, or do you aspire to become one in the near future? We are currently looking for an advisor specializing in the public sector to join our office in Solna.

Our team at Söderberg & Partners is a clear market leader in public sector operations, serving a large number of municipalities, regions, and public companies across all sectors. In addition, we have a significant portfolio of private clients, particularly within the rail, construction, and energy segments. This requires specific competence and experience from you as an advisor. We prefer candidates with experience from similar client segments and the ability to manage complex insurance programs for medium to large-sized clients.

The role involves working with both public and private clients, which is why we are looking for someone who values a diverse client base and thrives in clear, standardized processes regarding the procurement of insurance programs and insurance legal services.

We are looking for you who are structured, driven, and dedicated to your client relationships. You enjoy the role of an advisor or have the desire and ambition to become an advisor with your own client portfolio. You work independently but also appreciate collaborating in a team consisting of other advisors, lawyers, and risk engineers. You have a positive attitude, are highly organized, and enjoy advising clients on both major and minor matters. You have a good ability to manage existing client relationships and are motivated by finding opportunities for new business and upselling.

Qualifications

• Degree as an insurance advisor from FEI or equivalent
• Registration via InsureSec or similar (meritorious, but not a requirement)
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written
• Proficient in Excel, Outlook, Word, and digital system solutions
