About the Role
As a Junior Account Manager, you work on creating and developing relationships with healthcare providers across Sweden.
You will become an important part of our team and learn the entire business from the ground up with support from experienced colleagues.
Your main responsibilities:
- Prospecting and contacting new customers
- Scheduling and conducting customer meetings
- Building long-term relationships with decision-makers in healthcare
- Identifying customers' needs for nurses and doctors
- Presenting our services and solutions
- Working together with consultant managers to match the right competence to the right assignment
- Contributing to the company's growth and business development
- Developing your own customer portfolio

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in B2B sales
- Experience in telesales

- Experience from staffing or recruitment
- Experience from the healthcare sector

Compensation
The role is commission-based with very good opportunities for high income for the right person.
