About the role We are currently looking for two (2) Digital Communicators to join a government agency in Solna. As a Digital Communicator, you will be responsible for developing and managing content across the agency's digital channels. Your tasks will include audience adaptation, editing, and publishing content on the web. The role also involves creating and packaging accessible and search-optimized content in the form of text, images, and in some cases video, for digital platforms. The need for this role arises from the agency's extensive development work, primarily focused on the website, while maintaining ongoing operations. To ensure prioritized deliveries and strengthen daily communication efforts, the agency requires two Digital Communicators to support the team during this period. The Digital Channels Section belongs to the Communication Unit and currently consists of eight competent and engaged employees. We are looking for two Digital Communicators with the following focuses:
- A Digital Communicator focused on external communication via the agency's website.
- A Digital Communicator focused on internal communication via the agency's intranet.
The positions start on 2026-09-01 and are expected to run until 2026-12-23, with the possibility of extension. The work is primarily performed at the agency's premises in Solna, with the option for some remote work by agreement. Requirements for the position:
- University degree, for example in media and communication or equivalent, and at least five (5) years of relevant work experience.
- Good knowledge of digital communication and social media.
- Knowledge of web publishing tools (e.g., Episerver, Sitevision, etc.).
- Knowledge of web analytics tools (e.g., Matomo, Piwik Pro, Siteimprove, etc.).
- Knowledge of optimization and development of digital channels.
- Knowledge of usability and accessibility for digital channels.
- Good proficiency in MS Office or equivalent.
- Fluent communication skills in Swedish and English, both verbal and written.
- Knowledge of clear language (klarspråk).

- Good experience in working with communication to achieve organizational goals.
- Experience and ease in switching between strategic planning and practical implementation.
- Strong collaboration skills and talent for building relationships with people in various positions and with different levels of expertise.
