Do you want to contribute to developing the Swedish Tax Agency's work environment efforts while making a societal impact? We are looking for an HR Specialist in Work Environment who wants to make a difference – in everyday life, in change, and when it matters most. In this role, you will combine strategic and operational work by driving development, creating sustainable structures, and supporting managers and operations in turning requirements, knowledge, and care into a secure and sustainable work environment. Join us and make society possible!
About the Job
As an HR Specialist in Work Environment, you work with governance and support within the work environment area. You contribute to creating common ways of working and efficient processes for, among other things, our systematic work environment work (SAM) and organizational and social work environment work (OSA), ensuring they function practically in a large and complex organization.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- developing, managing, and anchoring governance, routines, and support related to the entire work environment area, with a focus on SAM and OSA
- providing qualified support to managers and HR colleagues on work environment issues, both proactively and when the situation requires secure counseling
- contributing to investigations and preventive work related to, for example, bullying and harassment, as well as strengthening common ways of working
- planning and implementing training initiatives, guidance, and communication so that more people can easily do the right thing
- collaborating with safety organizations and employee organizations, and contributing to cross-agency forums related to the work environment area.
You naturally switch between strategic questions about how we should move forward and operational needs in everyday life, where you contribute to finding solutions here and now. In this role, you have many contact points and move confidently in different contexts. You also handle situations where the pace is high and the situation may feel pressurized, with stability and professionalism. Through your approach, you build trust, bring people along with you, and drive issues to completion.
You belong to the Employer Unit on the HR Department, which has just over 50 employees, and the position is located in Malmö, Gothenburg, or Sundbyberg.
We offer flexible working hours, and for us, balance between work and leisure is a given.

- take initiative, think new thoughts, and take a stand on issues
- be able to explain complex issues in a pedagogical way and adapt your message to different target groups to create understanding
- analyze and break down complex issues, draw conclusions, and develop solutions

- be able to analyze information flows, see connections, and make decisions.
You must also have:
- a university or college education of at least 180 higher education credits (120 credits) with a relevant focus (e.g., personnel science, behavioral science, law) or other current, qualified, and relevant work experience/education for the position that the employer assesses as equivalent
- several years of current and relevant experience of qualified work in the work environment area, including systematic work environment work (SAM) and organizational and social work environment (OSA)
- broad HR experience with a clear focus on work environment, as well as experience working integrated with work environment, leadership, and organizational culture
