Job Description

We are looking for a Research Engineer in Quantum-Inspired Machine Learning to join the Department of Computing Science and Technology. You will work with research and development in quantum-inspired machine learning methods, tensor networks, benchmarking, and quantum simulation. Teaching and other educational activities within the department may also be part of the role.

Qualifications

Requirements

• A Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Analysis and Artificial Intelligence, Computational Science, Applied Mathematics, or equivalent competence. Applicants who have completed course requirements of at least 240 higher education credits, including at least 60 higher education credits at an advanced level, are also eligible.
• Good knowledge of Python programming.
• Ability to collaborate.
• Independence.
