Our HR team is now looking for a responsible and meticulous HR Coordinator who, together with ambitious and inclusive colleagues, wants to provide our managers with high-quality and efficient support. Our headquarters is located in bright, modern premises in Gamla Stan (Old Town) – close to the subway, restaurants, and shops. Here at HK, we are approximately 40 colleagues who enjoy working together and support each other. As an HR Coordinator, you have a central and coordinating function within HR and serve as operational support for the HR team and the company's managers. This involves ensuring structure, quality, and progress in HR processes, administration, and joint activities. You work closely with two HR Partners, three payroll specialists, and an HR Group Manager, contributing to creating efficient, professional, and smooth HR support for the business.

 

This role suits you if you thrive on managing many parallel activities, have strong administrative skills, and are motivated by creating order, structure, and good collaborations.

 

Your main tasks and areas of responsibility include but are not limited to:

  • Coordinate and administer HR processes and activities such as employment, recruitment, and employee surveys
  • Plan, follow up, and consolidate joint HR initiatives
  • Monitor the shared inbox and answer HR and payroll-related questions
  • Ensure that information, documentation, and routines are updated and correct
  • Handle cases in the HR system and contribute to the development and efficiency of working methods
  • Coordinate internal meetings, training, and communication initiatives.

 

Qualifications

 

To succeed in this role, you need a post-secondary education, preferably with a focus on HR/personnel science. You have experience in administrative work, preferably in a coordinating or project management role within HR. Since you will occasionally deal with complex information and communicate with both internal and external stakeholders, you must have excellent knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written. Furthermore, you are comfortable with computer systems. Experience with HR or payroll systems, such as Flex HRM or Reachmee, is highly meritorious. Basic knowledge of labor law is also a plus.

Conditions

 

The position is a permanent full-time employment with a probation period of 6 months. The start date is autumn 2026 or as agreed. We have a collective agreement with Almega Education and offer a wellness allowance, discounts at gym chains, and 30 days of vacation.

The extract is obtained via polisen.se (http://www.polisen.se/) using digital BankID. If you do not have BankID, you can order the form, but please do so as soon as possible as manual handling of the form takes a long time.
