We at Vindex are currently recruiting a Group Accounting Manager for one of our clients. In this role, you will become a key part of the finance function, responsible for ensuring efficient and high-quality group reporting and consolidation in an international context with complex flows.

About the Role

As a Group Accounting Manager, you will work with the group's monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, ensuring a correct consolidation process, eliminations, and handling acquisitions including acquisition analyses. The business has a continuous focus on developing and streamlining financial processes. You will work in an environment with established routines and processes, collaborating closely with other finance functions within the group.

Location: Söderort (South Stockholm), Hybrid

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for consolidation and group reporting in Aaro
• Conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual closing at the group level
• Ensure quality in the group's financial reporting and data from subsidiaries
• Handle group adjustments related to eliminations and acquisitions in accordance with IFRS
• Participate in work related to acquisition matters within group accounting
• Ensure quality and accuracy of reported data from subsidiaries
• Support the business with questions related to group accounting and reporting
• Contribute to the development and streamlining of processes, routines, and reporting flows
• Participate in the annual report and audit work at the group level

Qualifications

• University degree in Economics or equivalent
• Several years of experience in group accounting
• Good experience with consolidation work in an international environment
• Very good knowledge of Aaro
• Experience with closing processes and group reporting
• Good understanding of IFRS
• Very good skills in Excel
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both written and spoken

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience from PE-owned companies
• Experience working in acquisition-intensive businesses
• Experience from international groups with multiple legal entities
