Are you a structured and engaged Payroll Manager who enjoys the mix of operational work and leading a team, and who now wants to lead and develop a payroll function in a dynamic and growing organization?

We are now looking for a driven and engaged Payroll Manager to join our payroll team at Job&Talent. Here you will have the opportunity to take responsibility for the entire payroll process and coach the team in working to streamline and digitize our processes.

As Payroll Manager, you will have both operational and strategic responsibility for the payroll function. Your tasks will include, among other things:

• Overall responsibility for the entire payroll process, including monthly and weekly payroll runs.
• Work both strategically and operationally in the daily work together with the team.
• Ensure that payroll payments are made correctly and on time in accordance with current laws and collective agreements.
• Conduct ongoing reconciliations of payroll-related accounts and employer declarations.
• Lead and coach the payroll department, distribute tasks, and support employees with complex payroll issues.
• Develop and improve payroll processes, with a focus on digitization and efficiency.
• Coordinate and document payroll processes to ensure quality and consistency.
• Act as a contact person for authorities and internal departments in payroll-related matters.

About you: We are looking for you who have good experience in payroll management and previous experience of leadership and having had a leading role within the payroll area, but who also appreciate working operationally. You are structured, meticulous, and have an analytical mindset. To succeed in the role, we see that you:

• Have a relevant education in payroll, economics, or equivalent experience.
• Have previous experience of leadership and leading a payroll department or working in a senior payroll role.
• Have experience working with payroll systems, such as Hogia Lön and Intelliplan (meritorious but not a requirement).
• Have good knowledge of Excel and are accustomed to analyzing and handling large amounts of data.
• Have an interest in digitization and process improvement within payroll management.
• Are a confident leader who thrives on coaching and developing your team.
