Resolvers is currently looking for an Operations Coordinator / Administrative Coordinator for a consultancy assignment with our client Cozee, an e-commerce company selling clothing online.

This is a role for you who thrives with structure, administration, and coordination in an operational environment. You will be employed by Resolvers and work as a consultant at Cozee.

About the role

As an Operations Coordinator, you will handle ongoing operational and administrative tasks within the client's business. The role involves contributing to creating structure, following up on processes, and ensuring that daily operations run smoothly.

A large part of the work is conducted in English, as both internal processes and communication with customers, suppliers, and partners are handled in English. Therefore, you must be very comfortable communicating fluently in English, both verbally and in writing.

This is not a management role and does not involve personnel responsibility. The focus is on administration, coordination, and practical operational support within the business.

Responsibilities

Your responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

  • Ongoing operational administration
  • Coordination of daily tasks and internal processes
  • Customer and supplier contacts, primarily in English
  • Follow-up on orders, deliveries, and cases
  • Documentation and updating of internal systems
  • Support in planning and monitoring of routines
  • Handling of simpler reports, lists, and administrative materials
  • Other administrative and operational tasks naturally included in the role

We are looking for someone who

We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, structured, and service-minded. You enjoy keeping track of details and thrive in a role where you get to coordinate, follow up, and contribute to the efficient functioning of daily operations.

We would appreciate if you have:

  • Experience in administration, coordination, customer service, or similar work
  • Fluent English in both speaking and writing, as work processes and customer dialogue take place in English
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a structured and independent manner
  • Good communication skills
  • Experience working with digital systems
  • Knowledge of Swedish is an asset
  • Interest in e-commerce, fashion, or retail is an asset
