Do you want to help build an internal People function from scratch and take significant ownership of the recruitment process? For our client, we are now looking for an engaged and proactive Talent Acquisition partner on a part-time basis.

About the role

In this role, you will hold a key position in shaping and owning the entire candidate flow – from initial search to screening. The company has a strategic goal to fully own its talent acquisition internally. As the internal organization needs support to lead this work independently, we are looking for you who thrive on taking initiative and driving processes forward. You will work independently on-site at the client’s office, focusing on building strong internal relationships and trust, while having secure and coaching support from us in the background.

We value your potential, drive, and right mindset higher than the exact number of years of experience. This role is perfect for you, for example, if you are studying a relevant university degree or have another flexible part-time employment.

What we offer

Responsibilities

Your primary focus will be on proactive talent acquisition and identifying the market's sharpest talents. Your daily tasks include:

  • Responsible for screening and selecting incoming applications
  • Conduct proactive search via LinkedIn Recruiter to find experienced management consultants
  • Maintain initial contacts and build relationships with potential candidates
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to ensure high quality in the recruitment process
  • Contribute to the development of the company's internal People function and processes
  • Present qualified candidates to decision-making managers
  • Ensure a professional candidate experience throughout the process

We are looking for someone who has:

  • A great passion for recruitment, preferably with previous experience or relevant education in HR/recruitment.
  • Studies at a post-secondary level, preferably in a relevant area, and has at least 1.5 years left of studies, or alternatively has another main occupation of at least 50%
  • Good ability to communicate professionally in Swedish and English
  • Experience in independently driving recruitment processes and handling demanding stakeholders
  • Skilled in LinkedIn search and has a good ability and touch for crafting outreach messages that spark interest and yield a high response rate

It is an advantage if you have

  • Experience recruiting profiles within management consulting
  • Documented high response rates in outreach and candidate contact

Our recruitment process

This recruitment process is handled by Academic Work, and our client's request is that all questions regarding the role are sent to Academic Work.

We apply continuous selection and will remove the ad when enough candidates have reached the final stage of the recruitment process. A CV is required when applying. We do not use cover letters as a selection method, so one does not need to be attached. As a candidate, you bear the main responsibility for ensuring your application is complete when submitted. The recruitment process includes two selection tests: a personality test and a cognitive ability test. The tests are a tool to find the candidate with the highest potential for the role and to promote equality, diversity, and a fair recruitment process.

For our part-time positions, you as an applicant must have another main occupation of at least 50%. Examples of this include studies, other employment, self-employment, parental leave, or similar.
