About the assignment

We are looking for an HR consultant for our client in Stockholm for an assignment running from September to December. The position is full-time (100%) and you will work at the client's office in Hässelby.

Your responsibilities

In this role, you will provide advice and support, and be operationally involved in matters concerning personnel administration, occupational health and safety, employment law, and rehabilitation for managers. Your key tasks include:

• Driving projects within the personnel area.
• Collaboration and negotiations with trade union parties.
• Training personnel in HR matters.
• Being responsible for internal personnel information.
• Participating in recruitment and selection of staff.
• Onboarding and transition of personnel.
• Leading and managing payroll audits and salary mapping.

Your qualifications

• A university degree, such as in Human Resource Management or equivalent within personnel/HR.
• Broad experience across several HR areas, e.g., recruitment/staffing, salary reviews, and occupational health and safety.
• Good knowledge of employment law legislation.
• Good proficiency in MS Office.
• System familiarity with personnel systems for large organizations.
• Excellent teamwork skills.
• Experience from HR work in the public sector.
• Experience working in Stockholm City and knowledge of its processes and systems.

Merits
