About the Role

You step into a central role where you support the CEO and executive management in a company within the insurance industry. Here, you will work closely with decision-makers, handle confidential information, and create structure in an environment with many parallel issues and a high pace.

This role suits you if you thrive on staying ahead of the curve, coordinating multiple contact points, and ensuring the management's daily operations run smoothly. You contribute both operationally and by improving working methods, with a focus on quality, structure, and good service. This is an interesting opportunity for you who want to work close to the business and have a significant impact in a key support function.

Responsibilities
  • You provide qualified administrative support to the CEO, manager, or equivalent decision-making function.
  • You plan, prioritize, and drive work forward in a daily routine with several parallel tasks.
  • You handle confidential information with high integrity and good judgment.
  • You coordinate activities and create structure in complex workflows.
  • You communicate professionally with different target groups and ensure that information reaches its audience clearly.
  • You switch between operational details and an overarching perspective depending on needs.
  • You use digital tools and AI support to streamline and develop administrative processes.
  • You proactively contribute to improving working methods that strengthen support for the CEO and executive management.
Requirements
  • High school education.
  • Experience in providing qualified administrative support to management, managers, or equivalent functions.
  • Very good ability to express yourself in Swedish, both orally and in writing.
  • You speak and write Swedish and English fluently.
  • Very good knowledge of the Office suite.
  • Good habit of working with digital tools and AI support to streamline and develop administrative processes.
  • Documented experience in handling confidential information.
  • Ability to work independently with several parallel work tasks simultaneously.
Merits
  • Post-secondary education in administration, economics, communication, social sciences, or other relevant area.
  • Experience working in or with executive groups.
  • Experience in communication, coordination, or similar coordinating assignments.
