Healthcare and Social Care in Norrtälje (KSON) is now looking for a Strategic Quality Developer for the Purchasing and Quality department. The Assignment

As a Strategic Quality Developer, you play a central role in developing and following up on healthcare and social care efforts based on residents' needs.

You work in a purchaser role and are responsible for one or more contract areas. The role involves both strategic and operational work, with a focus on quality, results, and development.

The assignment includes:

• Designing, managing, and following up on contracts with providers
• Ensuring quality and goal achievement in healthcare and social care
• Following up on operations from both a qualitative and economic perspective
• Preparing decision support materials for management and the board
• Contributing to business planning and development work
• Conducting environmental scanning and identifying areas for improvement
• Creating and maintaining trusting relationships with providers and collaboration partners

The working method is based on dialogue, analysis, and collaboration, where you develop solutions together with other actors to meet residents' needs.

What you need to bring with you

Requirements:

• Relevant university degree within health, care, or social care
• Experience working in a leadership position
• Professional experience within healthcare and social care
• Experience in investigation, analysis, or follow-up in public sector operations
• Ability to work strategically and handle complex issues

Welcome to us

Healthcare and Social Care in Norrtälje (KSON) is a unique collaboration between Norrtälje Municipality and Region Stockholm. The mission is to meet the residents' needs for health care and social care. KSON therefore has unique prerequisites for seamlessly meeting residents' needs for effective holistic solutions and is governed by a board with elected officials from Region Stockholm and Norrtälje Municipality. Part of the Norrtälje Model.

KSON has contracts with many providers and also runs healthcare and social care in-house through the wholly-owned company Tiohundra AB. The budget volume amounts to approximately 4.8 billion SEK, and we currently have approximately 120 employees with primarily purchaser, owner, and authority assignments within the administration.

We work with purchasing, follow-up, and development of healthcare and social care in close collaboration with both private providers and the wholly-owned company Tiohundra AB.

Here you have the prerequisites to work with the big picture, quality, and development for real.

For this role, the starting salary is normally between 48,000 - 55,000 SEK depending on experience and competence.

In the case of permanent employment, a probationary period may be applied.
